2. Regd. Office:

Registered office of society shall remain in National Capital Territory of Delhi & NCR and at present it is at the following address, which is permanent headquarters of SCA-Delhi & NCR Branch, even after rotation in 2015. From 2015, the annual office will coordinate its activities with the headoffice.

2A. Working Area :

Working area of society shall be Delhi.

3. Aims and Objects :

Aims and objects of the society, for which the same is established, are as under:

• To encourage and advance, the study and practice of the science and art of Cardiac Anaesthesia.
• To bring together in one body, all qualified and practicing cardiac anaesthesiologists, or workers interested in the science and art of cardiac anaesthesia
• To inculcate a spirit of harmony among all members of the Society.
• To encourage scientific, research and experimental work in cardiac anaesthesia.
• To hold scientific meetings, at regular intervals.
• Availability and supply of professional and other information useful to the members and publications of journals and periodicals.
• To protect and promote the common interests of all the members.
• To endeavour to secure justice to the members in proceedings against and matters directly or indirectly relating to or incidental to his professional conduct.
• To organize any other activity or do all such activities as may be incidental or conducive to the furtherance of the interests of the Society.
• To establish contact and reciprocity with any other professional association or organization.
• To amalgamate or affiliate any other society whose objects may in any manner be substantially identical to the objects of the Society.
• To establish and support recreation centers seminar halls, libraries, archives and museums.
• To grant fellowships, instructions and education for the promotion of cardiac anaesthesia.
• To watch and advise on legislation affecting cardiac anaesthesia.
• To initiate any other programme necessary from time to time for promoting the cause of cardiac anaesthesia.
• To promote spirits of democracy, national awareness, self help self reliance and self respect amongst its members.
• To function in conformity with the rules and regulations of the Society.
• Society will invest its money and funds according to Sec.-11(5) of Income Tax Act, 1961.
• All the incomes, earnings, moveable/or immovable properties of the society shall be solely utilized and applied towards the promotion of its aims and objects only as set forth in the Memorandum of the society and no profit thereof shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividends, bonus, profits or in any manner whatsoever to the present or the past members of the society or to any person claiming through any one or more of the present or the past members. No member of the society shall have any personal claim on any moveable or immovable properties of the society or make any profits, whatsoever, by virtue of this membership.
